The rough itinerary of your course

Duration: 3 days

Max depth: 30m

Requirements to take course: Swim 200m unassisted, non-stop in a pool setting and the Wave 1 Freediving Course or equivalent

Day 1: 6 PM - 9 PM approx.

Zoom theory or in person if preffered.

Day 2: 9 AM - 4 PM approx.

We meet at the dive site ready to dive!

Day 3: 9 AM - 3 PM approx.

We meet at the dive site again for our final dive of the course.
