The freediving instructor course (W2I) is where you transition to becoming a freediving professional and a teacher. It's not about you anymore or your dives. It's about your students and, during this course, you learn the tools you will use to share your passion for freediving with your community.
This course for us carries a lot of weight because as an instructor, you will be the centre of your own freediving community and responsible to making freediving an incredible experience for others! You will carry the torch!
The Instructor Course is focused on how to teach freediving. It is not simply the next level of course and there is little focus on progressing your own freediving skills.

Become a Molchanovs Instructor In the Chillest Way Possible
This instructor course is a hybrid course where we will be running much of the theory online and will get together to the rest of the teaching in person in Coron, Philippines.
We have found that by splitting the theory and the in person requirements, it takes the pressure off of you to do everything all at the same time. There will be 5 online theory sessions where we will go through the instructor standards, cover initial teaching practice and go over exams. Then, when we get to the Philippines, we will cross off physical requirements and in person teaching requirements to finish off the course!
This schedule gives us time and flexibility to make adjustments to our teaching schedule as necessary while also giving you enough time to cover, understand and learn the materials at your own pace. In person theory will take place at the Skylodge Resort in Coron and will be our home base for our time together so it is recommended that you get accommodation there or close by!
Plus, this schedule also coincides nicely with Deep Week where you have the option of joining us for the whole event to learn from fantastic instructors, get caught up on your diving skills and show up ready to smash out the requirements for your instructor course!
