MEET OUR CENTRAL COAST INSTRUCTORS

  • IGOR

Igor has been freediving for as long as he can remember. Since he was 3 years old, his father taught him how to dive in Ukraine in lakes, rivers and the Black Sea. After moving to Australia he was trained and certified as a freediving instructor by Adam Stern.

Now he shares his knowledge and passion with anyone who'd like to learn more. For him, freediving is not about numbers, but about the way we feel and perceive ourselves.

  • DARON

Darons’ approach to freediving is based on his 3 symbiotic pillars of development: safety, relaxation, and fun. Utilising attributes of patience, persistence, and an energetic growth mindset, he supports his students to achieve their purpose for taking up freediving with years of experience as a freediving instructor.

Daron has also competed at the Australian National Pool and Pan Pacific Pool Championships.
