Rough Itinerary

Duration: 2 days

Max depth: 20m

Requirements to take course: Swim 200m unassisted, non-stop in a pool setting

Day 1: 8 AM - 4 PM approx. Theory and Pool

We meet at Mingara Aquatics.

Day 2: 8 AM - 4 PM approx.

We meet at Terrigal Haven boat ramp.

The 2 days of the course, Day 1 and Day 2, are programmed to run back-to-back. Still, weather conditions, or other external forces beyond our control might prompt us to postpone Ocean Day (D2).
