Who Is Brandon?
Brandon is the Deep Week Manager, one on one breath training coach, and General Manager for the Freediving Family. He has been working with the Freediving Family for the last 3 years in various capacities and, during that time, he achieved a comfortable 7:30 dry static breath hold and developed a style of breath training that has been highly effective helping people who have trauma around or dont enjoy training their breath hold. He has worked with hundreds of individuals to find the joy in training static again through breath sessions that truly prioritize reflecting inward and self observation over keeping track of time, number of contractions or other arbitrary metrics.
