Online Upgrade to W3I

Upgrading to Wave 3 Instructor opens the door to teaching more advanced freedivers and expanding the level of students you can work with. As the Molchanovs system progresses, Wave 3 represents a major step into deeper depth, refined technique, and more complex safety and rescue scenarios — allowing you to guide students who are pushing further in their freediving journey.

It also strengthens your own teaching toolkit. Wave 3 instructors are equipped to work with higher-level performance requirements, more nuanced equalisation and depth work, and a broader understanding of how to develop confident, independent freedivers. This means more depth in your coaching, more credibility as an educator, and more opportunities to run advanced courses or support progression-focused students.

Furthermore, upgrading keeps you aligned with the most current Molchanovs teaching system, ensuring you stay connected to an evolving global curriculum built by active freedivers and educators. It’s not just an upgrade in certification — it’s a step into the next tier of instructor development, where you can grow both your students and your own teaching career.

Competitive Fees

Molchanovs keeps instructor fees competitive and offers discounted student registration fees for high-volume instructors and schools.

Student registrations also include access to continually updated manuals, ongoing training resources, Molchanovs gear discounts, and additional member benefits - creating strong long-term value that keeps students engaged in their freediving progression.

Seminars and Webinars

Molchanovs sees instructors as an investment, which is why it is important for them to make sure you feel valued, satisfied, and up-to-date with everything freediving! Molchnaovs frequently holds seminars and webinars for Molchanovs Movement members, instructors, and Instructor Trainers to discuss developments in freediving, new techniques, the latest education material updates, and hear thoughts and suggestions. After all - it is their individual voices that shape our education system.

Support

Molchanovs places a strong emphasis on instructor support and continuous improvement. Instructors and students have access to a dedicated support team for questions, feedback, and guidance, ensuring issues are handled quickly and professionally.

Instructor Trainers also have direct communication channels with the Molchanovs leadership team, helping shape updates and improvements to the education system as it continues to evolve.
