Your rough Itinerary

Duration: 2 days

Max depth: 20m

Requirements to take course: Swim 200m unassisted, non-stop in a pool setting

Day 1: 9 AM - 4 PM approx. Theory and Pool

We meet at Adreno Sydney for our theory session.

Day 2: 8 AM - 2 PM approx.

We meet at Lilli Pilli Baths, for 2 dive sessions from shore.
