A whole week where we can share knowledge and improve our learning.
The training at Deep Week is suitable for all levels.
We get many absolute beginners joining the event all the way up to freediving instructors wanting to up skill and freediving competitors seeking to improve their knowledge and technique.

Welcome to the pinnacle of freediving adventures, Deep Week Dahab in the enchanting land of Dahab, Egypt.
Join us as we dive into the abyss, exploring the depths of the Blue Hole—a natural wonder that has captivated divers worldwide.
From the vibrant reefs of the Red Sea to hidden underwater treasures, Deep Week Dahab is your ticket to an unforgettable adventure in one of the most famous freediving spots in the world.
A 3 minute swim in the Blue Hole gets you up to 120m of depth with zero current!
We will also dive in the beautiful Lighthouse Bay where a quick 5 minute swim from shore will take you over the beautiful coral and Eel Garden to beautiful conditions and warm water.

The Workshops
Every day our instructors will hold a variety of workshops on different freediving topics.
You are welcome to attend as many or as few activities as you like and choose which workshops to attend based on your interests.
We have some of the best freedivers and athletes joining us and sharing their knowledge so you wont want to miss out.

The Activities
During Deep Week, we will dive every day. Wednesday is your Rest Day and there are great options of things to do outside of the water (details in the event guide!)
We will also hold pool sessions, static sessions and all the Wave theory sessions needed to complete your course.
You are also welcome to attend morning yoga and evening visualization sessions!
Deep Week is choose your own adventure! You’re welcome to all the activities and free to do as much or as little as you like.

Accommodation and getting around in Dahab
Every diver should arrange for their own accommodation for Deep Week. We'll give you with a handy list of all the options you can choose from.
It's worth mentioning that there are a wide range of accommodations. We recommend booking your accommodation as close to the Molchanova Freediving School as possible as that will be our main workshop and meeting area during the week.
Dahab is a very peaceful and friendly place. We encourage you to explore it on your Rest Day, smile often, try some amazing food. There is really no rush and so much to enjoy!
Apneista is the Freediving School from where we will swim every day to start our training dive.
The Venue
The Molchanova Freediving School will be our main space in where we will run the event. It is a social and educational hub.
It offers accommodation in 8 incredible bedrooms, specially designed, Bali's first 2 meter deep by 25 meters freediving pool (from recycled shipping containers), and one of the most popular restaurants in Amed!

If you want to have a week of line training, workshops, pool sessions and meet amazing people, then yes!
It doesn’t matter which is your freediving level. In Deep Week we have students that range from beginner to advanced. You can take a Wave Course during the week or just join us for training and the experience itself. -
All of our courses are Molchanovs Courses.

Your partner is welcome to join you and participate in our morning yoga, meditation or afternoon HIIT sessions. They can visit Amed while you’re out in the water.

The price includes all workshops, training and certification costs. Staff, set-up and facilities to run the event are covered by your ticket.
Deep Week does not include accommodation, travel expenses, visa fees, COVID tests, meals or gear hire.

For any circumstances that prevent you from coming to the event, we offer to transfer your payment (deposit or full payment) to a future event in 2023 if you give us at least 30 days notice before the start of the event.
